Right in Harlem, Troia and Arsenal are fighting Red Panzer and his small group of Nazis. Roy has no weapons with him, so he intends to use some golf balls. But then Green Lantern
appears and attacks Red Panzer as well. Kyle is not too fond of the
fact that his ex-girlfriend Donna was having some kind of date with
Arsenal. But this fades into the background when Troia and Red Panzer
are buried under the rubble of a crumbling building. While Green Lantern
and Arsenal try to find a solution to save them without having the
building crumbling totally, Troia tries to talk sense into Red Panzer.
He confesses that he was born with a shade of black skin because his
white-looking mother actually was half black. His father killed her and
Red Panzer grew up in foster families. When he was old enough, he gladly
took over the mantle of the last Red Panzer. Donna explains to him how
the Titans
took off their costumes to become real family and friends - not
recognizing colors or anything else. Finally, both are saved by Green
Lantern and Arsenal. Troia then offers her helping hand to Red Panzer.
The villain looks like he really wants her help, but then he is
teleported away by Vandal Savage and his ally Gorilla Grodd.

Meanwhile, Chanda Madan is babysitting Roy's daughter Lian.
They talk about their ancestry and Chanda tells the little girl that
her grandparents were killed by the criminal named Cheshire. Lian is
sad, because Cheshire actually is her mother and Chanda reacts shocked
and angry. A little later, an internal alarm leads Cyborg
into the room where Chanda and Lian were playing. The lights in the
building are out as a huge electrical storm hovers over Titans Island.
And both Chanda and Lian are gone ...
