"FOR TOMORROW" PART 1

Ringo Chen kills nine people including the teenage son of a wealthy businessman.

At the zoo, Tommy Monaghan meets Deborah Tiegel, where she is now working as a zookeeper. Tommy tells her he thinks he is in love with her and a giraffe eats his ice cream cone, causing Tiegel to roll on the ground with laughter. Tiegel agrees to meet Tommy for coffee later.

Tommy is walking on the street and sees Ringo coming around the corner and says hi. Tommy's old girlfriend Wendy is with Ringo, which makes for an awkward situation.

Tommy and Ringo meet at Noonan's later to talk about things. Ringo tells Tommy that Wendy broke up with him as a result of his work. He tells Tommy that he was considering leaving the business to be with Wendy. Tommy leaves and Ringo makes veiled threat on his life.

Ringo goes to collect some money from a client and finds the client dead in the living room. He is confronted by a small Chinese man calling himself the Waterman and several of his goons. Ringo escapes via the fire escape.
